Raj and Sarah are expecting their first child, a baby girl when Raj's parents show up. Raj's mom immediately enforces an old tradition which demands that the first born be a son. Forced to abort her baby girl, Sarah has to face her own childhood and choose between the family she never had and the baby girl.
