In the future humans have developed sentient machines that live side by side with human beings. One of these intelligent androids falls in love with a beautiful woman - but then the woman vanishes. The robot sets about retracing his steps to try and find out about the missing woman. Who is she? What has happened to her? He must also unravel the mystery of this new emotion he is experiencing - is it a recurring glitch in his programming? Is it a alien program that someone else has introduced to his systems? Or is it something else entirely?
