Sarah, Cindy, and Skipper Solar are super-powered sisters who are called upon by Uncle Sam to squash supernatural and super-villainous threats to the Earth. In their 1st adventure, the sisters are pitted against a collection of the world's worst super-villains, led by the fiendishly seductive Cleopatra 2099, who have procured a mystical amulet that they plan to use to wreak havoc on the Earth, and enslave its people.
