A young woman (Emily Seale-Jones) lives a tormented life, afraid to leave her apartment. One day she discovers that her neighbor (Daniel Morasso) has a similar fear of people and the outside world. She takes an interest and decides to help him, and in turn help herself. But will her plan ultimately force her to reveal the long-kept secret behind her crippling phobia?
