Half man, half bear, Bill Da Bear is on an everlasting quest to rid the world of Heroin. His arch-nemesis, Dr. Rick Hernandez, an evil and blind doctor, continually wrongfully prescribes heroin to his patients just to spite Bill. In this weeks adventure Bill Da Bear's cancer ridden cohort, Joe Cancer, is looking for a cure for cancer. While on the search the team runs into some trouble in the likes of Zoltan the Mechanic(al) Engineer.
