Fire, a bullied teenage loner, finds a dead American Pilot washed up under a pier. After discovering the Pilot's gun, Fire is robbed by two boys, Gas and Sneak. He pursues them out of town where their bullying gets out of control, which ends in devastating consequences when he turns the gun on them.
