Victor is a homeless man. Presently, he is camping at the office of a friend who is out of town. A woman calls in. It's a wrong number. Later, the same woman calls again. This time she wants to talk. One conversation leads to another and the two end up developing feelings for each other over the phone. As Victor's time at the office comes to an end, we start to wonder if they will ever be able to meet.
