Setting out on a campaign to make new friends and meet 'like-minded people', Angelo Nussbaum unwittingly opens up his world to an oddly persistent competitor. At first Ert's presence seems innocent enough but what passes for coincidence leads to menace and then the possibility for an unlikely redemption. This short piece turns the buddy flick on it's head with neo-noir verve.
