Jenny, a young American girl and aspiring writer, moves to the city of light envisioning a romantic Eiffel Towered Paris only to find herself sitting in a lonely apartment on the edge of town with a broken TV waiting with a French Moroccan boy who's waiting for his mysterious girlfriend to return and for a cable guy who may never come.
