A man named Paul is at a diner early in the morning with a girl named Kaitlyn. The two are talking about different things and then Paul talks about a dream he once had about his Dad. Paul realized he never got to say goodbye to his father and tell him he loved him. After Paul and Kaitlyn leave the diner, he's driving home and still thinking about night and his dream he had about his father. He turns his car around and goes to his mother's house. He wakes his mother up and tells her he loves her. He gets closure from telling her how he feels.
