Charlie Porter, a down and out private investigator, is given the chance to go back to the Ghetto where he lost his life and explore the rumours of a subculture called 'The Memes,' who may be organizing a revolution. As Porter searches for answers, he hears a voice in his head, which leads him to question his past, his sanity, and what it means to be human.
