After going through a crisis in her health and personal life, a young academic Kaie realizes, that the roles and status she has been carrying in a society oriented to success, do not satisfy her anymore. Three academic jobs and external recognition are the price of internal discontentment - is this normal? Kaie decides to step out from the wheel to find herself and her purpose. In her quest, she joins an eco-community and finds support from their yoga-guru Ingvar Villido. Practising kriya yoga, Kaie tries to sort out and consciously reshape her inner world.
