Milos is at the head of a very humble family and, as his life comes to an end, he decides to go with his son Nicolas in a medical institution specialized in unusual practices. This institution gives to the patients socially ill-adapted / who were cast out of the system the opportunity to sell their vital organs illegally, as death approaches, in order to provide an inheritance to their relatives.
