Almaz follows four Russian exiles through a chaotic night of confrontation, revenge - and rebirth. In one night, a human trafficking gang shatters as an escaped victim returns to take revenge. She is shadowed by a trio of ominous duplicates reflected from an alternate Moscow. Trapped in the middle, a young prostitute struggles to survive the confrontation. Almaz isn't just a different type of film - it's also a different approach to making films - an approach that invites the audience to get involved as storytellers.
