H.P. Lovecraft's The Silver Key
This film is an adaptation of H.P. Lovecraft's short story 'The Silver Key'. Randolph Carter is on a journey to unlock the dreams of his youth. After a visit from the ghost of his uncle, Carter discovers an ancient box hidden in his attic which holds a silver key. Carter travels to his family's country estate, but his journey into the past will go far beyond merely retracing the steps of his childhood as time, memory and dreams become one. Another world is calling to Randolph Carter and only the silver key can open the way.
