Epiphany is the psychological journey into the mind of a mob boss' son, Mikele. After years of killing, the ramifications have finally reached a boiling point in Mikele's psyche. His mind becomes fractured, projecting his dark side into the form of two imagined hit men. On the last day of Mikele's life, his father orders him to kill his girlfriend, who is in fact a police informant. He follows his father's orders, but in doing so, destroys his last grip on reality.
