First Off is about a powerful organized crime operation in Los Angeles. The outfit was built by the two main characters, Tommy and Raffy. Tommy left LA and started his own crew in Vegas, but got in deep with the loan sharks and now they are out for his blood. Tommy returns to Hollywood seeking protection from his old partner, Raffy. After basking in the enjoyment of seeing his former business accomplice in such a desperate position, Raffy decides to help Tommy, but only after he performs a murderous favor for him. He knows Tommy has never killed anyone before. This film captures how deceitful a person can be by earning your trust first, then leading you to your demise when you least expect it.
