Vick has been constantly living and freeloading off his girlfriend Lisa for a while now and the landlords have had enough. Lisa pays the rent and lives with Claire and she recently has fallen in the same trap as Lisa in having her boyfriend Sam start to slowly become a frequent occupant at their place. The girls have had enough and decide to dump their boyfriends and kick them out of the house. Vick and Sam stumble across a flash house that seems to fit their requirements until they find out that the house owner is in search of two female tenants. Vick gets the idea of posing as homosexuals but find there is a twist in the tale when they meet the gorgeous Nina.
