The film 'Mi Querida Buenos Aires' chronicles the history of artist Osvaldo Romberg, who left Argentina in the early 1970's as a result of the military dictatorship. Exploring issues of personal and collective memory, the film uses never before seen 16mm footage documenting the artistic explorations Romberg conducted with his students in one of the most revolutionary universities in Argentina at the onset of the 'Dirty War' and his accounts of the events almost forty years later.
