After years of pursuing a successful job in finance, Kee Ling Tong decided to try her hand in the world of food. She had very little experience when it came to cooking or baking, but was lured by the freedom and creativity. After studying baking, she realized that she found chocolates to be unique. This documentary profiles Kee over the course of a few days in her tiny store in SoHo. A true perfectionist, Kee insists on making her truffles fresh every day.
