De brug (the bridge) is a short film about a girl (Janneke Fokkema) who lives with her parents in a forest. Surrounded by long stretched out fields on one side and unbridgeable waters on the other she starts to doubt her existence. During nightly dig sessions and daily search expeditions she slowly finds out more and more about her state of mind. And she will try everything to escape it.
