MAN vs. TREE documents a possibly irresistible force deployed against a probably immovable object. A looming dead oak tree is suffused with gallons of diesel oil in an attempt to burn it down. 'Let's see what happens!' And we do. Imagine a simple fellow with a blow torch, a chain saw, a four wheeler, a leaf blower, a shotgun, all deployed in an improbable quest to rid Moonshine Hollow of a dangerous entity.
