First Words

All parents and teachers want their children to be good readers. The fundamentals of early learning start with your child's first words. Babies 'First Words' is a video program with 104 words that uses sound, imagery and repetition to quickly and easily help your child learn. We have developed a way to make learning fun for babies and children. Each page has a clear photograph of an object and a calm, clear voice to describe the object and sound out the name of the object. We make sure Children have plenty of time to shout out the name of the object before it is stated. This is a great confidence building tool that gives you instant access on your TV, Kindle, iPad or phone. You may participate by sounding out the words with me or simply click play and let me do the talking. This video can also be used to help older children master sight words, which will help them become more confident readers. These high frequently used words give children a huge advantage when attempting to read new stories. When children see they can recognize more than half of the words on the page, they have the confidence to attempt to read it.
