The story of Angela, a clumsy but caring girl, who finds herself working in the suffocating core of a bilingual call center for a prepaid cellphone company outsourced in Colombia. Soon, Angela will discover that she is surrounded by a mediocre and easy do environment. At the same time, she's in the middle of a difficult call (with a desperate US native housewife) which will force her to reveal the deceiving service offered by the callcenter as well as the secrets of her life in front of unknown people.
