Michael Casper is new to Boca Raton, FL. He quickly falls in with the local pot dealer, Dan. After being arrested, Casper is asked to turn in his only friend, the drug dealer. It isn't until after a party at Dan's house does Casper even begin to consider becoming a rat for the police.
