In 2009, four teenage refugees walked from Darfur, Sudan, to Israel, attempting to escape the suffering that war had brought to their homeland, and hoping to find a place that they could temporarily call home. Despite their new unknown surroundings, the teenagers manage to pursue an education while forming a community with their fellow refugees. However, their true education hinges on the struggle of understanding what to remember and what to forget.
