Art bipolar is a short documentary exploring the difficult life of gay fashionista Gonzalo Herrera, a fine artist / menswear designer studying at London's prestigious Central Saint Martins School of Art and Design. From a family afflicted with manic depression, Gonzalo strives to make sense of his fears and rage in a world that challenges him on a daily basis. This sometimes funny, sometimes harrowing personal insight provides hope but also pin points how difficult life is made my perpetual swings of euphoria and deep depression. Often indulgent, always flamboyant, Gonzalo doesn't hide behind any excuses or labels, love him or hate him, this is his story.
