A group of misfits, dubbed 'The Black Hearts' make their living as an infamous bank robbing crew who terrorize the Bay Area. Not content with simply making the money, they branch out and start up a series of social media websites to publicize their group through the Internet. Utilizing youtube, facebook, and twitter, among others, they strive for ultimate fame. However, they learn the hard way that fame and a living don't make for good bedfellows...
