One evening, the sensible Chloe Balliol and the party girl Vicki Sweetman are watching TV when it suddenly appears that the same ten minutes are repeating themselves over and over. Given Vicki's apparent obliviousness of the situation, Chloe starts to wonder whether or not it might be all in her head.
