9/12: The Day After

In commemoration of the 10th anniversary of 9/11, this new documentary short chronicles New York City on September 12th, 2001, the day after the most devastating terrorist attack in U.S. history. Without the imposition of music or narration, 9/12 is an honest depiction of a people in shock as they gather together to witness, share, help, mourn, argue, dance, shout and sing. The film captures a moment in American time that has since been colored and confused by retrospective history.
