A pair of newlyweds go shopping for an icebox to make the visiting, neurotic mother of the wife comfortable. They soon find that in 1936, the old icebox had been replaced with electrical refrigerators with all kinds of amazing features and gadgets, and they have a hard time trying to make a selection.
