Hosted by former wrestler Dave 'Nightshadow' Miranda, Horror Kung-Fu Theatre first broadcast live in 1992, and aired its live weekly shows on cable for over 17 years, each episode airing first on cable access and then again several hours later on KHIZ-TV, Dishnet and Direct TV. HKFT It has been the longest running horror show in all the Southwest, reaching over 3.5 million viewers weekly and airing over 800 episodes.
