Stef' is a young teenage girl growing up in Paris. As every adolescent, she is confused as to how to define herself. Dressing like a tom boy, her single mother, a very conservative English teacher, is frightened by Stef's lack of femininity. No longer able to take the pressure of her mother to be just a 'normal girl,' Stef' must find a way to discover her own identify and liberated herself.
