With all his energy Paul tries to take care of his wife at home. Although she has lost her ability to speak, Paul believes that she will recover. When a serious mistake happens while nursing her his belief starts to crumble. Can't she see the effort he is making? Does she wish to stay at home, too? Is he still with him in her mind?
