Too often the lines between right and wrong get blurred, so when undercover narcotics officers, Mike and Chris, fall victim to the drug-induced lifestyle they are sworn to combat, they succumb to the ills of the street and lose their way. As oftentimes it happens, these two fall victim to becoming everything they accuse others of being. Rather than protect and serve the community, they exploit and brutalize those in their territory by way of fear and intimidation.
