Stephanie thinks her husband Terry is cheating on her with Karen. That night they attend a party at Karen's house. The guests begin to play 'spin the knife', asking questions to whomever the knife lands on. They take a break and eventually Stephanie notices her husband and Karen are gone. She goes searching for him and spies Terry in a bedroom passionately kissing a man at the party-NOT Karen. She escapes to a bathroom, becoming unhinged. Rejoining the game, she is hallucinating, becoming insane as the game resumes. The knife lands on Terry and the question, 'what gay are you?' is asked -Terry becomes defensive. When he wont answer the question, Stephanie takes drastic action.
