What if you moved into your perfect, dream neighborhood, only to discover there was already one of you there? Straight-laced everyman, David Gander, thinks he's fulfilled his American Dream when he and his new wife move into an idyllic suburban neighborhood. David is shocked to discover that his neighbor, the brazen dilettante, Damon, just so happens to be his exact physical double. This proves to be a nightmare for David, while Damon sees it as a golden opportunity.
