Chris Williams' father walked out on Chris and his mother when Chris was only 11, leaving them to fend for themselves while he ran off with his new Asian girlfriend. Chris' mother now bitter and overprotective of her son will do anything in her power to ensure Chris doesn't end up with his childhood best friend Lexie, who happens to be Asian.
