Antoni lives in a small village in eastern Poland. He's a beekeeper, a husband, a grandfather, my grandfather. In 1958, when he was a soldier at the Air Force Academy of People's Republic of Poland, he and his friends made a pilgrimage to the holy city of Czestochowa. The communist persecution punished those soldiers severely. They were sent to North Korea for a dubious mission. 50 years passed and Antoni didn't tell anything about this. Only a few years ago did he start talking. The information about Polish units in North Korea was kept secret to the public for many years. Until today, only few people know about it. What happened to Antoni 50 years ago and why did he keep it secret for so long?
