A Gypsy children brass band, from a poor town in Eastern Europe, is getting ready to go on a tour in Italy. Unfortunately, it turns out that, because of some bureaucratic obstacles, two of the youngest kids in the band have to stay behind. But one of them just would not give up so easily.
