Frank is a midget rhino who has recently been expatriated from the zoo after his parents were mauled to death by lions. Stuck in a lonely alcoholic existence, Frank's life forever changes when his illegitimate son Charlie (an albino baby midget rhino) shows up on his doorstep in a diaper box.
