Jonas lives alone with his dog Max in his elderly home, trapped in the routine of everyday life. Every day the same rhythm, for six long years. But at the end of each sixth year the memories that keep him trapped surface ever more frequently. The past and present seem to become one with dire consequences. When catharsis envelopes Jonas, the end reveals itself as merely the beginning.
