In 2003, the Federal Bureau of Investigation initiated the Innocence Lost National Initiative, in an effort to combat child and young adult sex trafficking in the United States. Federal Agent James Miller and his team cooperate in a local sting operation with the Atlanta Police Department in search of missing person Casey Davis. However, when they locate her, it seems that she is not alone.
