A young woman in Hong Kong is grieving over the recent passing of her Grandmother. Haunted by the void and sickened by the loss, she exercises a series of rituals in an attempt to self-release from the attachments of this expired relationship. She begins to question her identity while navigating the real and the imagined. Investigating her ancestry in order to glean an understanding of it, she experiences the supernatural history of places her family once inhabited.
