'In the Shadows' is a modern silent film paying tribute to the great masterpieces of German Expressionistic Cinema. Taking the stories of Little Red Riding Hood, Beauty & The Beast, and Rapunzel, the filmmakers blend the three stories into one narrative interweaving the tales with striking photography and vibrant acting. The film is set to the music of Sergei Rachmaninoff and explores themes of passion, sacrifice, friendship, betrayal, greed, and murder.
