During his daily run, Will becomes love struck by a girl who intersects his path; however, Will is repeatedly prevented from introducing himself to his love interest because, up in the trees, is a mischievous squirrel who drops nuts on Will's head. Ultimately, this is a fantastical story about the mysterious and sometimes incredible deeds of Fate. By the end of the story unlikely relationships have formed, love and death have been touched, and lots of acorns have been cracked.
