Like every morning, Evelyne, a woman of a certain age, comes to sit at her favorite bench situated in l'Ile Saint-Louis in Paris. However, this particular morning, her ritual is interrupted by Iulian, a young Romanian man, who seeming a bit lost, sits down next to her. The young man ends up confiding in the old lady and his story brings back memories Evelyne had buried a long time ago. Little by little, an unexpected friendship will evolve between them.
