Scatman

When Scatman, a notorious serial killer who stuffs his victims with feces, targets a prostitute for an easy kill, he has another thing coming. Predator quickly becomes prey, as a pivotal phone call ordering an innocent into the mix sets the stage for a macabre revelation.
