A short comedy film centered around Joan Reynolds. Joan is a naively racist, slightly ignorant recruitment manager 'helping' unemployed people find education and employment during the recession. We see various people come in for help, some with obvious traits that reveal why they are not employed. Others come under the scrutiny of Joan for essentially no reason.
