Higashiyamato City is the scene of the crime. Born in the most dangerous area of Tokyo, the man always had pure intentions of becoming a lawyer to help the less fortunate. However, as it turns out, he's found himself either helping con-artists solve their money problems or defending blackmailers. One day he receives the joyous news that his wife is pregnant. He goes out to a restaurant to have a nice celebration dinner with her only to witness some punk sticking the waiter with the bill. Determined to change his town for the better the man calls the cops to leave an anonymous tip about the crime. The call, however, is answered by the one cop who happens to belong to the biggest gang family in town. The cop, a perpetual power abuser, threatens the man by saying 'I won't stop until I find you and kill you.' To protect his family, and to free himself from the curse that is this town, the man decides to plan an escape. There's just one teeny-tiny little problem; the only way out of this town is death.
